2.1 Services include but are not limited to website design, development, hosting, and digital marketing. Specific details are outlined in written agreements or invoices.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse service for legitimate reasons, such as safety concerns or non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
3.2 Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Accepted payment methods include credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.
3.4 5 Business Days Past Due: If payment is not received within 5 business days of the due date, all AI Agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) services will be paused. A late payment fee of 2% of the outstanding balance or $50 USD (whichever is greater) will be applied.
3.5 15 Business Days Past Due: If payment remains outstanding for 15 business days past the due date, AI Agents and MCP services will be suspended. Full reconnection will require payment of all outstanding balances, including late fees, and may incur a reconnection fee of $250 USD.
3.6 30 Business Days Past Due: If payment is not received within 30 business days of the due date, AI Agents and MCP services will be permanently disconnected, and the service agreement may be terminated. All data associated with the account may be purged, and re-engagement will require a new service agreement and setup fees.

4. Warranties & Liability

4.1 Third-party product warranties vary and are provided separately.
4.2 We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
4.3 Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, access when required, and prompt communication about issues during the service process.

6. Website Use

Content on our website is for informational purposes only and may not be copied without permission. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content.

7. Privacy Policy

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Messaging Terms
