  • How do I submit a website support request?

    Send an email to help@ciwebgroup.com and cc your Account Manager. Be sure to include a detailed description of what you’d like changed and specify the exact pages where the changes should be made.

  • What types of support requests can I submit?

    You can submit requests for website updates, hosting issues, content changes, marketing questions, or technical assistance. If your request is outside the scope of your plan, we’ll let you know before moving forward.

  • How quickly will my request be handled?

    Response times depend on the type of request. Most updates and fixes are completed within 3–5 business days, while urgent issues are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible.

  • Who do I contact for billing questions?

    For billing or payment-related inquiries, please email our Accounting Team at ap@ciwebgroup.com and CC your account manager.

  • How do I request additional services beyond my current plan?

    If you’d like to add services such as SEO, PPC, or branding, submit a request through Slack or contact your Account Manager directly via email. We’ll review your options and next steps with you.

  • What if I need urgent support after hours?

    For urgent issues outside of regular business hours, submit a ticket marked Urgent via the helpdesk email, help@ciwebgroup.com. Our team monitors these requests and will prioritize emergencies as quickly as possible.

  • Do you offer consulting services?

    Yes — CI Web Group offers consulting services for businesses that want expert guidance without a full-service marketing plan. Our consulting covers digital strategy, website optimization, SEO, Google Business Profile management, paid advertising, and more. We’ll help you identify opportunities, fix gaps, and create a roadmap for growth.

  • How do I access my reports?

    You can access and monitor all of your reports directly through Slack. Your Account Manager will share them with you there, along with updates and key insights on your marketing performance.

  • Do you back up my website?

    Yes. All websites hosted with CI Web Group include regular backups and uptime monitoring. This ensures your site can be quickly restored in case of unexpected issues, giving you peace of mind that your online presence is protected.
