What are CI Web Group's Ad Management Costs?

20% of the monthly Ads budget or $500 monthly, whichever is greater. 

We also do not charge you directly for the ads, because we don’t believe that you should have to pay taxes and credit card processing fees when you can save by owning your own business assets. CI Web Group is also month to month, so if you want to stop the campaign, you can do so at any time, no extra fees or weird contracts. 

If you choose to run multiple campaigns, the minimum of $500 monthly doesn’t get billed for each platform. 

For example, if you choose to spend $1,000 on Google and $1,000 on Facebook, the management fees are combined into one monthly fee of $500 rather than $1,000 monthly. This saves you a lot of money in the long run and it gives us the ability to really WOW you with how awesome our services are!

When Is it Right to Run a Tune Up Advertising Campaign?

Typically we run these tune up ad campaigns in between the busy seasons or “shoulder seasons” as we hear most contractors refer to it as. As you know, during these periods, there is little to no demand for HVAC services, so every lead counts. The reason why many of our contractors do so well with these tune up ads is because there’s not a lot of competition during those times and we are able to get lots of attention. 

Typical Ad Budget for Maintenance Leads

The ads budget varies pretty widely, but the easiest way to describe it is, if there’s a large audience, it’s probably going to cost a bit more since you’re going to have competition from large competitors. If you’re in a small town, we may be able to get some tune up leads on a rather small budget, but the amount of leads you can actually get will be lower.
