Program Guidelines
1. Must be a CI Web Group Customer
This pilot program is available to active CI Web Group, Inc. customers who are located in the Houston market.
2. Leverage fyxify for lead conversions
Direct Energy will be leveraging fyxify’s service and sales processing software in order to get HVAC repairs completed for their customers. Join the program and begin expanding your customer list.
3. Lead Processing Training
While the system is actually quite simple, we want to make sure that you are set up for success. If you would like to participate in this free pilot program, process training is required before launch.

Program Details
There is no cost to enroll in this program. You will benefit from no-cost service calls with replacement opportunities.
Direct Energy customers are subscribed to a service plan that covers up to $500 in required service repairs and is paid directly by Direct Energy. Additional costs are paid by the consumer.
