How do you get the quickest support?
If you want to improve the speed of our team being able to resolve your issues, please always make sure we have current logins and passwords to your domain registrar, website, e-commerce or social media accounts depending on your issue. If you host your own email, we will need your MX records. The more information you include in a ticket, with links for us to reference, screenshots, etc. the faster we can take care of you!
