Before they joined forces with CI Web Group,Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric were trying to figure out the complex world of digital marketing with the help of a non-specialized marketing company. After a significant period of hard work with that vendor, their organic rankings were poor (3-5th page for most vital keywords) and their website was semi-functional at best. The question is how do you build, brand and ultimately market an intuitive platform that helps people buy top-tier HVAC services in the most efficient way possible? And how do you go about it if you want to start generating money for your client from month 2? Things had to change, and fast. It’s a multifaceted challenge that revolves around marketing, sales, web design, SEO, branding, design and easy to use dashboard and search functions.

Solution

People needed a straight-forward way to search, evaluate and buy professional heating and cooling services. For this reason, we invested a lot of time on Search Engine Optimization that brought the required traffic. At the same time we built a big and incredibly robust website with all the necessary features for success. Things like top-notch branding and messaging, online schedulers, chatbots, prominent buttons, perfect navigation and rich content can really make all the difference in such an endeavor. The aim here was to help prospective buyers with an easy to use platform. Once we had that nailed down, we gave all their social media properties a facelift, and we then turned our focus on the rest of the 9 steps of our 12 Step Roadmap which resulted in a cumulative traffic increase of 23.4% and call volume increases of +87.3% in 12 months.
