On The First Page
The problem was that EZ Comfort’s website wasn’t bringing in any new clients. They knew they were able to provide nearly flawless HVAC services, but their website didn’t communicate that to potential customers. And not only that, but their website wasn’t even showing up in searches for their local area. For most common keywords related to HVAC, it was only appearing on the 9th page!
We closely examined their local competitors and knew that we had to act quickly if we stood a chance at boosting their sales, so we put our plan into action. We knew that the two main issues with their digital marketing strategy were that their site wasn’t properly designed to convert and create sales, and that it wasn’t ranking high enough in search engine results. With the confidence that we could deliver a lasting solution, we planned to tackle both parts of the problem at once.
Context & Challenge
In order to help Carlos with his goal to increase his company’s customer base, we had to create measurable goals. What did growth mean to them, and how would they know when they have achieved it? We did our research and found several issues with their current strategy. First, we needed to redesign their website (and landing pages) to instill trust and make it more attractive to visitors seeking out HVAC services. The client chose one of our awesome templates and added online schedulers, chatbots, blog posts, and the ability to leave reviews. By showing visitors that EZ Comfort was able to help them with their home improvement projects rather than simply telling them, we knew that they’d be able to generate more leads.
Next, we had to make sure that their website was easily found by people looking for their keywords. We did a little market research and realized that people living in and around Humble, were all looking for these services but were ending up with other providers instead.
With this knowledge, we determined the most popular keyword searches and optimized their site to show up whenever these words were searched. We audited the entire website and made it SEO-friendly, increasing their chances of being ranked higher in search results. Lastly, we leveraged paid traffic to create an added sales boost and scored impressive ROIs.
