Content is how a business communicates to Google what phrases they want to be found for. Once they are found, the website's content is what converts website traffic into paying customers.

Link-Building

A proper link structure is essential to conveying to a search engine that a page is a reliable source of information. Google's algorithm pays close attention to inbound, outbound, and internal links.

Design

Design matters. If a user does not like a website's design, they will typically "bounce", or leave before interacting with the website. Design conveys trust before a potential customer ever reaches out to speak with you.

Branding

What sets your business apart? As a business owner, you have to decide how to make yourself different than all your competitors. This can be with a logo, truck wrap, community projects, videos, and so much more.

Why Do Customers Convert?

Put yourself in the shoes of your typical customer. Who are they as a human being? Once you understand your customer base, you can market to them.

For instance, if your average caller is 35-45 year old women with school age children, living in a upper-middle income suburban area, your design is going to differ than if your target audience is 60+ year old couples looking to get am HVAC system that will last them for many years to come. 

In the first scenario, you will be looking for a very clean, methodical way of conveying your message, images of beautiful houses, happy families, and maybe even a cute mascot!

In the second scenario, you need very bold call to actions, larger print, high contrast, and most importantly, a quality over quantity message. 

 

Why a Flex Budget?

We have segmented our customers into two mindsets. Proof of Progress customers and Proof of Work customers.

Proof of Progress customers are the ones that say “You are my digital marketing company, you do what you’ve gotta do to get me business coming in.” 

Proof of Work customers are the ones that say “I need a plan of attack, that I can document and stick to.”

Both mindsets are completely valid and supported, however, the Results Plan was created for the Proof of Progress customer. This means sometimes we change the plan based off the rate we see a page moving up on Google’s SERP, how your website users react to a change, or how your website’s Domain Authority is reacting to work we are doing. It also gives us the ability to work within a set budget of an hvac marketing company and do whatever is the best for your website at that moment. 

This tends to work really well for most of our contractors since what really matters is how many times that phone rings.
