Virtual appointments mean happy customers

Firmly engaged in keeping families healthy and communities safe during these difficult days, Morehart Air Conditioning & Heating has trained its technicians in customer-friendly but protective techniques that reduce exposure to risk for everyone.

Before starting out each morning, temperatures must be checked, with hand sanitizers clipped to belts. On arrival, handshakes are replaced by air-fives and bumps, booties are worn over shoes, together with gloves and masks, if preferred. Social distancing is a must, at the six to eight feet recommended by the CDC, and all contact areas are sprayed with disinfectant before and after servicing.

For added safety, a Virtual Sales and Service Center is scheduled for launch next week. By cutting back on real-life interactions, Morehart Air Conditioning & Heating offers greater peace of mind to customers while protecting its employees as well. The main beneficiaries of this new function are families across their service areas, since they now get the same fantastic service faster. The time spent in customers’ premises is now slashed to half since inspections and sales are taking place with the help of cutting-edge video technology.
