This is to inform you that effective Monday, February 13, 2012 William Preston was released from CI Web Group. This decision was reached after long and careful deliberation but was deemed in the best interest of CI Web Group and most importantly you, our customer. William’s position was to oversee operations, managed accounts, and billing. However, there is no need to worry as our team of people who execute and deliver all services related to your development, coding, SEO, and social media marketing are and have been executing all of the tasks associated with your projects.  There will be no down time and no degradation of service as a result of Williams release. The duties previously performed by William have been assumed by our COO, Kevin Bagley.  Additionally, to allow us to better serve our clients needs and enable us to devote more time to our customers,  Keith Morales and Michael Thelwell’s roles within CI Web Group will be expanded to cover areas such as, but not limited to:  customer retention programs, MAS account management, monthly meetings for MAS clients, out bound call campaigns to existing clients, strategic partner management (to name a few). Our improved management structure will allow us to be more flexible, more responsive, and offer improved customer service and overall satisfaction. Bottom line, CI Web Group will ultimately improve focus, accuracy, execution and delivery of our products, services, training and customer service. Jennifer Bagley will continue to serve as the CEO and Chief Visionary.  She will provide the overall direction and vision of the company and will actively be involved in every aspect of company operations.
