This is intended to provide you with a very clear outline of what is involved in the creation of your new project and what role each of the players assigned to your project may have. Our company operates in a formal Project Management environment with a certified PM (Project Manager) on every website project. This practice allows us to help you understand what it takes for us to mutually work together to meet milestones, complete tasks and stay on time. It also provides complete visibility if a project is going to be delayed immediately, when a milestone is behind schedule.
Within each of these Milestones there are dozens of tasks (to do's) that are attached and required to be completed to meet the Milestone deadline. There are hundreds of individual tasks required to complete the project.
Should any Milestone that is owned by a client be missed, the Milestones following will all be moved out (adjusted) accordingly. The true "Start Date" of any web design project is *** #5-Wednesday-Week 2 (Client Tasks Completed). These are the items necessary for our team to really complete your project.
