Trey began his career in the faith-based world, coaching and training the most invested volunteers, many of whom were business owners and decision makers in their businesses. These business owners were often over-committed and drained by the long hours they worked without the kind of reward they expected from running their own businesses. They wanted more time to do the things that were most important to them. I stepped out of the faith-based world in 2009 and set out to start my own business. In a recession!
